It's amazing what the promise of a trip to the zoo can do for a kid's energy level. A few people had mentioned the Santa Barbara Zoo as being great for kids, and they sure were right. So far we've been inches from a huge male gorilla (thick glass!), fed a giraffe, watched a giant condor fly and explored a great family playground. While traveling, we like to see a little of what the parents who live here do on a weekday morning, and today, tons of people are out with their kids enjoying a sunny February day and taking in the view of the ocean from the zoo hilltop. #santabarbarazoo - posted by advodna_dave on February 10, 2015 at 12:50PM
