We're thinking we might be at the end of the good grocery stores for a while so spent the afternoon baking enough ground turkey and kale lasagna to fill the cast iron skillet, two loaf pans and a 9 x 9 brownie pan. We ate it for dinner, will keep one in the fridge for later in the week and will freeze 3 more meals worth. As soon as the kids are asleep, we'll make a big pot of chicken tortilla soup to give the same treatment. It's gonna be one helluva game of #freezertetris but the healthy, delicious meals will be worth it. #Airstream #airstreamkitchen #skilletporn
