At the lunch stop this afternoon, I decided to swing out the solar rock guards (aka: "Airstream sunglasses") to clean off the mud behind them that we were still looking through despite yet another carwash on the way out of Whitehorse. Wynne decided to "help" which meant filling an Alaskan Brewing Company silicone pint glass up with water and throwing it at the car. As long as all I had to do was walk to the river to refill her supply bowl every 10 minutes, I considered it a parenting win. Another fun moment was pulling out into traffic from a parking lot in Whitehorse and realizing (with the help of several honking Canadians) that our side door to the trailer was open! Whether it hadn't be fully latched or there was a brain fart we can't (or won't) entirely say, but we only had to retrieve one tiny pink and white striped sweatshirt from the median! #airstream #tinymouseswashingwheeledhouses #airstreamwithkids #airstreamtoalaska #liveriveted #myrivetedlife
