What just happened? I think I blacked out for a good bit of the drive from Philadelphia to New Haven via the George Washington Bridge on a holiday weekend. Actually, other than $50 to cross the bridge, it wasn't tooooo bad other than some upper/lower level confusion and a fairly constant stream of drivers who simply *had* to be in front of the big slow Airstream that was also stuck in traffic.
